		<description>Had I known the great Chili cookoff was this weekend, I would have mailed Ken back the Chili hat I won many moons ago.  I tried to wear it to a Mardi Gras party a few months back, and unfortunately I was voted down.
Your recipie reminds me of the one for Dog Fish(?) 90 Minute Ale, where they add hops every minute for 90 minutes.</description>
