I've been bored waiting for election news tomorrow so I've been reading what others things about bluehost as I'm trying to decide whether to setup a second account with them and some people just love them and some have had really bad experiences. Personally mine is like yours in that I've had 3 support issues with them. Two times I used the online chat which was a bit slow but they fixed the issue pretty fast once we got to chatting. The third time I was in more of a hurry so I used phone support and it was way better and they didn't treat me like a child which was nice. I've sat through multi-hour tech support calls with a lot of companies in the past and I'm happy to say I didn't have that sort of experience at all with Bluehost. Kudos to them. Anyhow, I guess since I'm having good experiences I should just go for that second account.
