I cannot tell you how much time is often wasted for groups to make decisions where the process becomes more important than the decision. That's why the PTA and other groups drove me nuts. Often they become power plays rather than completion oriented. The one glitch that concerns me is if one party wants all parties to see his or her idea i.e. a location choice and it is edited out by another individual. Is their a way of preserving your idea?
