I actually get this concept.Hours of committee decision making can be saved...especially with non profit organizations can be saved with this
process.  I cannot tell you how much time is often wasted for groups to make decisions where the process becomes more important than the decision.  That's why the PTA and  other groups drove me nuts. Often they become power plays rather than completion oriented.
The  one glitch that  concerns me is if one party wants all parties to see his or her idea i.e. a location choice and it is edited out by another individual.  Is their a way of preserving your idea?

I love this video, and I am going to use it in my blog as well.  I have so many parents who still do not get the whole Wiki idea, yet we are using Wikis with their kids in school.
