Ever try to explain what a wiki is to somebody and just getting a blank stare in return? This video may help. I really enjoyed their RSS video as well, and hope they continue to create more. There’s something about using paper cutouts that make things seem easy and accessible to people who may not be all that comfortable with technology.
Steve,
I love this video, and I am going to use it in my blog as well. I have so many parents who still do not get the whole Wiki idea, yet we are using Wikis with their kids in school.
Thanks for passing this along.

Steve,
I actually get this concept.Hours of committee decision making can be saved…especially with non profit organizations can be saved with this
process. I cannot tell you how much time is often wasted for groups to make decisions where the process becomes more important than the decision. That’s why the PTA and other groups drove me nuts. Often they become power plays rather than completion oriented.
The one glitch that concerns me is if one party wants all parties to see his or her idea i.e. a location choice and it is edited out by another individual. Is their a way of preserving your idea?

This is great. I’m about to teach RSS to EFL students and will definitely be using the video for that. I especially like the one with the subtitles option.
