The default color scheme makes me think of Howard Johnson's, which in turn makes me long for some mint chocolate chip ice cream. I like how clean it all looks. I don't care for the large post area. I find it easier to read with a smaller column width. Not as small as the DEN blogs (too small) but something in between. I'll do something along those lines. And yeah, it's just a little bright. VERY different than what I've had up there for the last year! @Frank - Yeah, I noticed that after I wrote the post. Seems that the sidebar only applies to the first post, so the more you have in the sidebar, the farther down everything drifts. That's why I took out most of the sidebar content, but even stripped down it keeps a huge gap. Thanks for the advice about the color scheme too. The only issue I see is that there is too large a gap between the current post and previous posts. Tried it first in firefox and then IE and it is in both. Also. the light blue background and yellow text at the bottom of the page is a bit hard to read. Keep blogging and offering the latest and greatest. Much appreciated.
