I strongly suggest that people raise awareness of Dan Kotowski&#8217;s Internet Safety in Education Act. It&#8217;s very well thought out and much more deserving of our attention than that social networking garbage. 		<description>You are right, these are the kinds of bills that are submitted by uninformed legislators. The intentions are laudable and they may very well have some positive impact on the problem, but the effects on civil rights and basic freedoms are devastating in the long term.
