I've been seeing the commercials for Cosmeo for awhile now Steve, and until you mentioned it here I hadn't thought twice about looking at the site. To be honest, the commercials painted an all too rosey picture of kids racing home to get online and study geometry among other subjects. Not to be synical, but I found the idea of kids being that excited to go to a learning site and not the typical sites they visit (Yahooligans, Cartoon Network, WWF, etc.) to be a bit dubious.

However, I did notice the 30-day free trial, so I'll give it a whirl. I'm curious, do you know if they plan on having teacher and/or classroom accounts? Something to use at school and then translate to home might be more beneficial. That and my school already pays for the United Streaming service, another Discovery Channel entity, so I'd be very interested to know if my school could pick up an account for our 1-to-1 laptop classrooms.
