Interesting stuff. I'm currently writing a paper for my Masters reading class on Change principles relating to technology implementation. I quote a number of ideas from Willard Dagget. He addresses some very critical ideas relating to change. Have a look.

OK, first things first, I kinda miss the trunk rattle. Certainly have missed your podcasts. Get with the program, Mister!
I did my first podcast on my PPC. What flavor are you using? Did you prefer it over your iPod? If so, why, or why not? Perhaps the limitation on recording time is a hindrance. I have an iPAQ 4350/55 with a 512 memory stick. I can rip DVD's and play them on it. I love it! I want a gig stick now.
Glad you're back, enjoyed the cast!
