I agree with you professional development needs to change to a blended learning model. Some face to face, video, small group work and back channel reflection including everyone inside and outside the &quot;conference&quot;. I just went through this process, and my class should be out in a few weeks. I am interested in seeing the final product. Three days of professional videotaping is not easy, but think how many more people can hear the message. 

I think you are right on, this is the future! I do think it would be hard to capture your enthusiasm in a small three by three screen, but if it could be done the audience would really be engaged!

Maybe this could be the end of PowerPointless presentations? I can only hope.
