		<description>Ah, but learning to find the tools is like learning to use the Readers' Guide to Periodical Literature (do they still print those?). Not every browser is configured the same way. One shouldn't be lost because of a missing toolbar. On the other hand, convenience is, well, convenient. On the gripping hand, one could put together one's own page of links so it would be available everywhere. Sort of like this:
