Podcast: On fame and some features I want to see

No carcast, no joint-podcasting, just a plain ol’ vanilla podcast for you! It seriously felt good to be doing it from my own computer again. In this podcast, I talk a little bit about the changing definition of fame, a new tool, a new site and just a whole lot of yammering :)

Show Notes:
D’Arcy Norman: Old school podcaster. Just did a new one recently.
Quoteplay: A flash based player for listening directly to podcasts (or mp3 files in general). Also has the ability to link directly to a specific portion. I’m using it for the direct link for today’s podcast.
Mobcasting: Andy Carvin’s mobile podcasting site. I try my hand at this for the Illinois Computing Educators conference in march.
Teachnology: Eric Jeffcoats educational technology podcast. Technology with an A. Very teacher friendly. Stuff you can take straight from the headphones to the classroom.
Edugadget: Fantastic site about various technology related sites, gadgets and news, all with an educational spin. Every article has specific ideas for how to use the subject in a school.
Podcast Alley: Want to support the show? Stop by Podcast Alley and vote for me there! Too lazy to visit it? Just toss me a vote in the form in the upper right corner of the page. The email part is so they can send you a verification email. No spam, no email lists, just a “Click on the link” email.
